Thank you for choosing Hamelton Brands, LLC for your Web Developer, Brand Architect, Software Creator needs. We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and products. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products & Software

Due to the nature of digital products and software which are delivered instantly and are non-returnable, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. We encourage you to review all product information, demos, and features before making a purchase. If you encounter a technical issue with a product, please contact our support at james@hamelton.dev, and we will work to resolve the problem.

2. Service-Based Projects (Web Development, Brand Architecture)

For service-based projects, the terms of refunds and cancellations will be detailed in your individual project contract or statement of work. Typically, this includes:

  • Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid to secure a project slot is non-refundable as it covers the initial consultation, research, and resource allocation.
  • Mid-Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, based on the agreed-upon hourly or project rate. Any payments made beyond the value of the work completed may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
  • Project Completion: Once a project is completed and final payment is made, no refunds will be issued. We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied before the final handover.

3. Subscription Services

For any recurring subscription services (e.g., maintenance plans, software licenses), you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances. All such requests must be submitted in writing to james@hamelton.dev. Hamelton Brands, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
